Aleesha Young has established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of 2010s. In 1984, Aleesha was born into an athletic family. Although her father was a bodybuilder her siblings also played sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha was also involved in various sports like basketball, softball and soccer. Her bodybuilding journey began when she turned 15 years young. Aleesha's pro card was earned after she won NPC USA Championships. But she first started in the year 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she was ranked ninth. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place result. Aleesha qualified for the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. With steady improvement, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance was in 2020. She finished in fourth place. However, the "World's strongest mother" took a break from fitness due to health reasons.
